Is it thinning/balding? It looks that way and is why is he always wears it slicked back now instead of spiky like in Gone in 60 seconds. He also isn't aging well.

YesssI am so glad I'm not the only one to see this! One of the worst male hairstyles I have ever seen! It is difficult to take him seriously as an actor with such a ridiculous hairstyle!

Episode in season six when they finish up surfing you see Scott Caan comb his hair back and you can totally see his bald spot.

Omg I logged on to say the same thing! He has developed his own personal version of the comb over. It's so plastic looking and moves back further and further each year. The sign of a true tough guy is being totally secure in himself enough to even go with it if he's going bald. Do a Bruce Willis and own itthat's sexy!
