She's gorgeous, seems intelligent (a writer), loves cats,
most likely down-to-earth with eyes that could melt icebergs.
And ontop of that, she's 44 but still looks better then most 25-30 Yo in my town.
I'm willing to bet she's very good company over a beer or drink as well,
unlike most other unintelligent, selfabsorbed, smartphone addicted boring women.
