She mentioned on The Tonight Show that she is the youngest of five children, so I went to the trivia section and found this:
Three older sisters: Tamera (born c. 1968), Holly Ann, and Nancy Kay, Mrs. Blaylock (born c. 1975). One older brother: Martin Joseph, Jr. (born 1970), who works as a lawyer in Ohio.
Am I to assume that Holly Ann and Nancy Kay were both born in 1975, and therefore twins? And who the Hell is Mrs. Blaylock?

The wording was really awkward. Her name should be either Nancy Kay Holmes-Blaylock or Nancy Holmes Blaylock.

Non-native English speaker here: I think Mrs.means the wife of, so Nancy Kay, sister of Katie Holmes, is married to a men with the last name Blaylock.
