I do not understand why everyone says she looks old. I think she is lovely looking. Her photo for IMDB looks great. This is from the morning she announced the Golden Globe nominations. She look beautiful that morning.

Do you mean the picture shown associated with her in the IMDB home page for her and in other places? If that is what you mean then I assume it has been changed. I know she looks much better than what the current picture shows.
