I'm just glad it's gone, cancerous or not. He's a good looking guy but the mole was distracting and unattractive. He looks much better without it.

well he wasn't unattractive with it so need to remove it. i don't see any need to lie. it isn't far fetched at all that the mole was cancerous. i actually know quite a few people who had that problem

That is what Enrique wants the public to think. Any body with enough money would want to get a mole like that removed, just for vanity reasons. Especially if you are in the media, like Enrique is.
