I have two questions.
First, why does the character of Carrie Weaver walk with a cane?
Second, why is it that ER gets so little respect and hardly any nominations from the Emmy's? While I admit it's not my favorite show, it's had some great acting and storylines.
Just curious.

Anthony Edwards and George Clooney
has been nominated for Best Actor
for several seasons-but was always
beaten by other actors in other
show.
But know this-George was the breakout
star of the breakout while no one else
was.

I noticed in the series finale she was no longer walking with the crutch. It's been awhile since I've watched the show, so I was wondering what came about to make her all better?

Ok, I can answer your first question. Kerry Weaver walks with a crutch because she has a birth defect called congenital hip displasya. I have no idea if i spelt that right.
