This was during chapter 8 with the police officer and his wife who speaks with a Southern accent. Note the following exchange as R. Kelly sang their dialogue:
Cop: What'chu all jittery for?
Bridgette: Southern accent Sweetheart… m-maybe it's that time of the month.
Cop: still with Southern accent Maybe, maybe that time of the month?
I'm guessing R. Kelly forgot to sing without the accent when he switched characters.
