Back in 1994. R. Kelly did not marry Aaliyah as a teenager in his late twenties. That's because he didn't love Aaliyah more than anything. Aaliyah didn't love him more than anything. It was illegal for her to marry him in his late twenties at the age of fifteen. R. Kelly's parents said 'Robert, you're twenty seven and you can't marry a teenage girl at the age of fifteen. She can't love you more than anything' and R. Kelly said 'Mom and Dad, I don't think it's any of your business'. R. Kelly said 'Aaliyah, you can't marry me in my late twenties because you're fifteen'. Aaliyah said 'Why not'. And he said 'Because you don't need to'. You know, but, most parents don't let their sons in their twenties marry a teenage girls at the age of fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen or ninteen. Too young for the teenage girls to marry their boyfriends in their twenties. It was none of R. Kelly's business and it was none of his parents' business.
