Creepy! She looked a lot like a young Billy Zane in drag. They certainly did a great job transforming her appearance. She did not look similar to her normal appearance at all. It would be interesting to know how the kiss was made.
Lennox's "guy" did have a brief shot somewhere in the middle of the video and not just at the end.

no the only guy in that video is Dave Stewart. Annie Lennox dressed up as the guy at the end.
