The original produced by Phil Spector?
Or the more recent re-issue put out by Sir Paul Butt-Hurt-So-I'm-Not-Over-This-And-Am-Going-To-Release-This-Like-A-Child-Who-Didn't-Get-His-Way McCartney?
Let It Be Naked, is just a weird title and adding the word "Naked" to it is so un-Beatlesish.
It isn't really all that good.
I was expecting it to be better than it was.
I've listened to the orig. quite a few times but LIB-Naked like only twice and I've had it for a few years.
It has never grown on me and I doubt it ever will.
Damn, I'm good.

Phil took what was a mess and organized it to get it ready for release.
Without him we may never have gotten the epic album, Let It Be.

Can't really blame McCartney considering how Phil convicted murderer-wall of sound-which is another word for "over produced"-Spector desecrated his recordings. Seriously, how many Beatle recordings did Spector ruin? Between George's "All Things Must Pass" and Johns solo recordingsit's atrocious. Spector has to be the most overrated producer of all time, with his muddled cr@p.
He shouldn't of had producer credit on "Let It Be" to begin with. The sessions were produced by George Marrin. Spector came in year later remixed, added orchestration here an there, but the "producer" credit is disingenuous.

It's such a simple ditty that I don't care either way. I'm with Lennon - I don't have particular fondness for it or Yesterday. Nor does Paul in truth - he rightly regards Here There and Everywhere as one of his finest. So was You Never Give Me Your Money. I hate when people get sentimental about ways of life that the 70s and 80s unceremoniously shoved aside. Protect your heritage NOW, not when it's become repackaged as 'retro' for your convenience. Don't just let it be! Your glorious past, I'm afraid to say, will be what YOU do NOW, not a glimpse of someone else's version of it.

You do realise don't you that Paul McCartney cannot put out Beatles product by himself?
All Beatles releases have to be fully approved by Paul, Ringo, Yoko and Olivia, which "Let It BeNaked" absolutely was.
Hard luck if that doesn't fit your agenda.
