Meth is the real answer. I know people I graduated with who look to be in their 70s.
I never smoked as a habit (just weed and vaping), but was quite fond of alcohol in my 20s, and was sometimes told that I looked to be 35-40. At 34 and in recovery, I actually look a few years younger. I got into a conversation with a barista a few weeks ago and found out we'd attended the same high school. She was surprised to learn that I'd actually graduated with her much older sister.

Both. Not sure which is worse. Also, sun damage or really UV damage. I have peers that look at least a decade older because they used to go to tanning salons.
