I know there are people claiming she looks like a lot of other people (3 or 4 IMDB pages worth) but, to me, she is a dead ringer for Josie Bissette (formerly of Melrose Place).
I was watching the Lifetime movie "Not My Life" and Meredith's resemblance to Josie is uncanny.
