That's ageism at its worst. We all grow older and that's when we mature and realize that age doesn't change who we are inside. Our outside changes but almost all of us still feel we are the person we were when young.
But continually being reminded that you only have value if you are young eventually catches up to the people promoting that idea because they too eventually find themselves staring in the mirror at someone old.
