The purpose of pansexual identification is to not exclude transgender individuals. Bisexual people are attracted to cisgender men and women, whereas pansexuals are not limited by sex, gender or gender identity.
That being said, she has never explicitly stated her sexual orientation, nor does she need to She may know what most people with a semblance of a brain know - sexuality is fluid. It isn't something majority of people can label concretely.
