All I see is her weird body movement, like she's channeling Chloe Grace Moretz's spastic convulsing in the movie "Carrie." Of course, her nasty narcissistic self is surrounded by mirrors, which she is gazing at herself in (of course) and fogging them up with her stank rancid breath.
