Love and Marriage are two very different concepts marriage for love is a very recent concept. for most of humanity's time, marriage was arranged for family reasons, sharing and transmission of wealth, dynastic arrangements,

I guess its just how she comes off in interviews (ones I've seen & one that I read in a magazine).
She comes off as a little 'stiff', maybe is the word I am looking for. Set in her ways?
She seemed dippy in some of her responses to relationship questions. Perhaps this is just her naivete coming through.
One thing seemed odd to me. In an interview several years back, she said in detail how one of her husbands stole a bunch of her money. Years later, she denied it ever happened.

Why do you say that, fiatlux-1? What exactly makes her look tough to live with and what do you mean by flaky? I have to agree about the naive thing, though.

I was startled yet not startled to learn she's been married 4 times. She's very beautiful & is likely charming.
Not to say its all her fault (it rarely is one person's fault 100%), but she also looks like she could be a tough cookie to live with.

I hate how she's getting blasted for being married and divorced four times. She was just trying to do the right thing and not lay around. The men have always cheated on her. Now they're saying that she has to look at herself for why they keep cheating. I get that that can be true sometimes, but in reality, cheating probably happens more often than not, and Jane is one of those types of women that doesn't stand for it. I'm like that too. I wish her the best and I absolutely HATE to see this happen to her again!

Well at least with each successive marriage, she seems to be improving at it. After two brief early marriages, her last two have lasted: 11 years and now almost 20 years. I guess you have to find some positives out of it.

Odd how its suddenly 4 times she was told in the reading as in the 'Inside live and let die' extra on the DVD she states she was told she was going to be married 3 times.

Well what's interesting is in her Biography interview she said when she was young she visited a fortune teller who told her she would be married 4 times!
She got married at the tender age of 20 because as she explained in this interview "In those days you didn't have sex before marriage" so she basically rushed into a marriage so she could be with Michael in that way. It was young love! But the marriage only lasted 2 years and after that she rebounded into another quickie marriage which only lasted a year her third marriage was more serious and lasted 11 years she was very much in love with David Flynn and they had 2 children together unfortunately David was unfaithful to Jane and had many affairs which she later discovered- and resulted in another divorce. She was very devastated over this as not only did she have to deal with a divorce, she also was bankrupt by the end of it. Now she's with James Keach and they have stood the test of time and are very happy.
If anyone knows anything about love it's her!
