It strongly implies that she and Mario had sex in his dressing room during the times in the show when Slater and Kelly were interested in each other and states that she uses men to further her career. Reading between the lines, she sleeps with guys to get to the top.
Personally, I think this is complete fabrication as Dustin is a known untrustworthy attention seeker.
