What makes her beautiful? She has a rather flat face, poor cheekbones and old looking skin (maybe from smoking).

Despite her health issues she still maintains her exquisite beauty. She is gorgeous!!! She is SEXY!!!! Not to mention a terrific actress that can do it all; comedy,drama, action, etc.

AGREED, Cazluvbuns. Even after all her body has been through with fighting breast cancer,the treatments and all that entails, she is soooo very sexy and maintains a positive mental attitude. She is quite hot and a very talented actress.

Just watched her on Rescue Me. I couldn't take my eyes off of her, even with almost no hair she was super gorgeous.
The thing is she is such a great actress that it is easy to overlook the fact that she is so damn good looking.

Yeah i kinda agree with that. I don't know if she has had work done though. Maura has never had skinny lips like the normal white woman so I don't know why she would. I am contributing the bigger lips to weight loss or it could be the short hair that makes them look inflated. If she is getting lip injections, she needs to stop. I hope she isn't get caught up in the craze of preserving youthful looks, while getting older. Its okay to get old. But,anyway, it could be possible that she has had work done. I kinda wish that she would gain weight.

No dudethat is not true. There are loads of women out there with short hair that I find attractive and that a lot of my friends find attractive. The problem with you is that you are superficial and shallow. One reason that Maura is so beautiful is that she has an awesome personality to go along with her looks. I also take into consideration that the reason that her hair is short is because she went through chemo, which is something out of her control. The fact that she sacrificed in order fight for her life only adds to her beauty.
People like you are why women are anorexic, bulimic and feel the need to go through unneeded plastic surgery and end up damaging what God gave them.
