Yeah, a bit, methinks. Lighter would be better. It's a lot easier on your joints when they're not burdened with carrying the load of excess weight.

Possibly. I'm changing my eating habits and avoiding junk. I practically live next door to a gas station so the temptation is very near. I was very lazy this winter and ate a lot of junk food.
