I personally loved Shania's show and was saddened when it was over. I didn't know much about Shania before I saw it, but then discovered her music through the show.
Do you think she'll ask Oprah for another season or just leave it at that? Perhaps a show covering her preparing for Vegas, recording her new albulm, with a focus more on Hollywood glamor than roughing it in the RV to give it a a distinct feeling from the first season, which was super personal and more like a video diary? Thoughts?

I don't think she wants to do another show - nor does she need to. I think the show was to see if fans still missed Shania, and despite being away from the public eye for the better part of 7 years, if she was still relevant. Judging from the ratings, the show was a success.
That's what I thought anyway. The bibliography followed, a few duets, her own single, Vegas show announcement.. I think the show re-launched her career.
Only God Will Judge Me.
