Does he choose mainly guest roles on tv shows? He has the experience, he has the talent, why does he stick with guest parts? I know he does do film work, but barely makes a film a few years apart.

What are you talking about "sticking with guest parts?"
He's three seasons in as a regular on 12 Monkeys? A show that's still running.
