<p dir="auto">I saw this earlier. It seems kind of strange to me, that the victim that had allegedly dropped the $20 bill on to the ground, didn’t notice her credit cards being removed at the same time that the thief was forcefully trying to stuff the $20 bill back into her wallet!<br />
