It is often easy to overlook Ms. Ankers' acting ability, as she often
just screamed or played second fiddle to monsters. But check her out
in 1942's "Sherlock Holmes: Voice of Terror." She is absolutely astounding
as a prostitute named Kitty. I never knew she was this good of an
actress until I saw this film. She was like a young Susan Hayward.
The film is on Youtube, so if you enjoy this beautiful actress you should
check her out in this film. She will blow you away.
