It was a name I made up to use whenever I got in trouble in the Marine Corps, and I've subsequently used it as an alias in autobiographical fiction. In the case of the film credit, it was a cameo appearance in a picture my late wife had cast and was starring in, and I didn't want to steal her thunder, so I used it.
