<p dir="auto">In '94 or so, when 'Loser' was released, it was as if Beck's act was to appear drunk/mentally impaired at all costs. Even the song itself, his speech is slurred etc. Interviews from this time show him acting quite bizarre (i.e. throwing shoes around a room, acting incoherently). Whereas a few years later he started acting like a serious artist, so to speak.<br />

<p dir="auto">He was possessed by Xenu and had to go to Narconon, before getting early on set stage IV piccolo. Narconon has a 112% success rate dealing with piccolo, and when he came out, he looked like a new man. Didn't look a day over sperm.</p>

<p dir="auto">It was the 90s. Bands that didn't expect to ever make it big suddenly became huge. He probably had a little bit of a nervous breakdown.</p>
