For the 3rd time then you'll see Tobin in a top hat and a mustache displaying a surprised look in his face. Keep an eye out and try not to blink. By the way he's not credited. I also don't think he shows off his penis in this movie either.

They did a body cast of someone else not tobin bell. They chose someone slimmer because the character John Kramer was ill for so long it would be unrealistic that he had a bit of fat on him lol
