For the 3rd time then you'll see Tobin in a top hat and a mustache displaying a surprised look in his face. Keep an eye out and try not to blink. By the way he's not credited.

I just saw Saw 4 today and I was going absolutely crazy. I had to stop the movie and check online. He looks exactly like him. The exact same facial expressions. I just couldn't believe it was him because that would have been some unbelievable make up. I still cannot stop thinking that they're related. The facial expression was just a carbon copy. It was seriously creepy.
