I'd expect that the idea of it being an older pic would make it

credible as being Gina NOT more. A celeb pic being mislabeled online as another person is not unusual. Gina Bellman does indeed have similar looks in many ways

, but, upon closer overall inspection, one can spot differences. Remember too that many of the images you are used to seeing of celebs have been re-touched, often quite severely.
In any case, here's a pic of Gina where she might look quite a lot like the pic in question - eyes, mouth, lipline, general hair colour etc.

Pay close attention to the forehead shapes and brow ridges in the two pictures. Also, Gina's natural hair part-line is slightly toward one side while the other person (who may or may not be Monica Bellucci) has a natural part-line directly above the bridge of the nose.
For conjecture, here's an image of Ms. Bellucci that is strikingly similar to the one you believe to be Gina Bellman:

Note that the hairstyle is about identical, as is the lipline - shape and colour. There is also an identical flat area along the bridge of the nose which is NOT present in the real Gina pic. Gina's chin is a bit less pointed and her nostrils flare a bit differently.
There is a very good general similarity indeed. I think the burden of proof however rests on the side of making a case that the pic I say is mis-tagged is somehow truthful after all. I wouldn't stake a fortune on it as I don't
