Mr. Binns was one of those actors who was extremely versatile and could play a range of characters but didn't receive the recognition he deserved. He had that unmistakable voice and handsome features.
Sometimes I wish actors like Mr. Binns could receive some sort of award for filling those rarely noticed, but critical roles in movies & TV shows.

Considering the amount of credits that he had, I'd say that quite a few appreciated his acting skills enough to hire him. I've always appreciated his work. I've never seen him give anything less than a quality performance.
