So as I previously mentioned I'm battling

My diet is poor too though. I eat whatever and whenever I want. I'm presently 207 lbs. Which is not healthy.
I should be 175. Medical experts say I should be 163. But if I was 163 I would be too puny.

Here is why that mix is so important. Study after study has shown people with low Vitamin D levels were most susceptible to Covid .
Vitamin C is vital because it's a natural Immune system builder.
Now the last two studies have shown that Covid is scared of Zinc. Zinc kicks its ****in Ass. However Zinc is not able to fully get to Covid within the body.
The Quercetin acts for lack of a better phrase or word as somewhat of A wall breaker.
The Quercetin clears the path so then Zinc can kick Covid's face in.

Varies depending on how I feel. But I will say the first two days, 20,000 IU oF Vitamin D
2500 Miligrams of Vitamin c
100 Miligrams of Zinc
500 Miligrams of Quercetin
Now when I'm feeling much better I will lower D to only 7000 IU
And I will lower the Vitamin C to only 500 Miligrams because I get C in My Orange Juice and other things.
I will also lower my Zinc intake from 100 miligrams to 50. You have to be careful with Zinc.
Quercetin I eventually stop taking once I'm better.
But truth to be told I should continue to take it because let's be honest, Covid is here to stay and it's year round.
