Jolene was just incredibly good as T'Pol! She was insecure, vulnerable, in love but tried to hide it, in the beginning hated by everybody in the crew. I loved how Enterprise portrayed her as a Vulcan: she had worlds of emotions in her, but tried to maintain a calm surface, to control them. Having all these feelings inside of her, trying to keep them bottled and in control, made her character much more interesting. And she was funny, too. One just have to love her. Enterprise is my favorite sci-fi series because of T'Pol.
I'm guessing it's because Enterprise she seems tb68o be filming all the time. By far her best role. Bull's Eye who ever casted her for the role!

Trip was good. And the alien doc wasn't bad either, as an actor. His role character could have been better. I think the other characters suffered because all the screen time was given to Archer, Trip and T'Pol. Especially Archer, when something needed to be done, it was almost every time him. Alright he was the captain, but they could have given some of his screen time to others. Same thing as in Andromeda they gave way too much time to the ship's captain (Kevin Sorbo).
