Her implants were SO obvious, and her cleavage was NOT symmetrical - and I noticed a post where she had a child - so implant removal MIGHT have been partly a desire to breastfeed?
But she's also looked TOO thin in some pictures. And very obvious implants on a woman who has lost weight sometimes looks hideous. (Although I suspect negative health impact caused BY the implants - I suspect - causes weight loss.)

What pics are you talking about? I'm having a hard time telling when certain pics are. Her Twitter feed is the only stuff I would think is recent and they look fine. She probably did get her implants removed. Some women feel differently at later times in life and that's their prerogative.
