I believe it, because I watched it. Mel Gibson was on that episode too. It was a long time ago. Pinhead made a surprise entrance. I've been trying to find a clip of it, but no luck so far.

If you type Pinhead on Tonight Show on youtube it brings up a clip of Ron Paul.
