Lipo around the neck sounds really gross.

The drink probably did some damage. On Criminal Minds he was looking significantly older.
Working out would do him a world of good. So would some lipo around his neck (extremely common in Hollywood, very obvious he hasn't had this done) and a little bit of dye in his hair to cover the gray. some make up to cover the aging in his skin and he would be in his early 30s again.

Met him today, he looked like he's in better shape and looked pretty happy. He said he's been working out lately. As long as this man is happy, that's all that matters.
