That and quitting the BOOOOOZE will help "you look good for (insert age here)". That's not a substitute for the kind of sex fantasy Kev was, unfortunately.
And eating all of the above crap, and avoiding the tasty, fun stuff won't turn an ugly guy handsome. You just get a well-preserved ugly guy.

Drink lots of water. Eat figs and olives and extra virgin olive oil. Consume Omega 3's and turmeric daily. Have a serving of mushrooms daily, spinach and cooked tomato product often.
Don't get too much sun.
Exercise. And don't smoke, drink or eat too much of the bad stuff.
