I hope she is never publicly known. I think she deserves her privacy.

Well, even if she does know, it's not her fault that her dad was one of the most notorious serial killers in America. They say that one should not feel guilt for the sins of his or her father. Saying this, I wish her well and hope she lives a long, happy and successful life.

There is no way not to be found. Name changes are public record and any person known by a previous name will always have to list all aliases before any name changes. She has to know she is this mans daughter. There is no way for her mother to hide such facts from her. His name must be on her original birth certificate somewhere. No way to change that and take it off no matter what court you go to to have a name change. Once it is listed it is permanent no matter what. I am surprised this daughter has never been found or revealed. Same goes for the John Wayne Gacy children. Their mother changed their names as well, but no matter what court you go to, there is no way for original names and documents not to be permanently attached to such name changes. Their birth given names as well as their fathers name is forever on their original birth record. It's not like witnes1908s protection where you do actually get a full complete start over and no prior traceable records from the government.
