i actually had the pleasure of being on set with Tim as he directed an episode of Without a Trace. He is an amazing director, his whole approach to the job and his attitudes toward the actors and the crew is completely positive, all the time. I would love to work with him if i was an actor. Just being able to talk to him about his philosophy of directing was a rewarding experience. He is a very good, very laid back man.
