I heard his voice in it, and remembered the same voice from Disney's Robin Hood. I checked it out, and fought out it was the same guy - Pat Buttram!

Such a unique voice. I, too, heard it while watching Back to the Future III and knew right away that it was Gene Autry's bearded sidekick from my child hood days.
