I saw him on something tonight and I recognized his voice. After thinking about it for quite a while, I am pretty sure he was on an episode of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine as a Cardassian. I can't find any reference to that on IMDB or anywhere else. Does anyone else have any idea if I'm right?
