In all the interviews I've seen with Jane Fonda, I don't think I've ever heard her mention Michael Callan's name once. I know she wasn't too keen on shooting Cat Ballou at the time, and that she stayed very close to her then husband, who was there on the shoot with her. However, she has mentioned Lee Marvin, Stubby Kaye and Nat King Cole in interviews. I don't think I've heard her mention Michael (or other co-stars) once. He was her love interest in Cat Ballou, and they had great chemistry together. It annoys me that she's never even given him a mention. Michael and Dwayne Hickman did audio commentary on the Cat Ballou DVD and paid many compliments to Jane. I would love to know if anyone has ever heard Jane discuss working with Michael.
