She looks computer generated because she is that pretty. Of course she has had the necessary surgeries to help her achieve that look as well but from what you can see, they did a pretty good job.

To the OP. He looks computer generated because they have to airbrush his pitures like crazy to get him to look like somewhat of a normal female. He is a post-op tranny and they need to cover up as much of his manly features as possible for him to pass as a female.

Actually in male to female SRS the tissue that makes up the penis shaft is reused. It is usually inverted to form the new vagina cavity. For a simplified description on the technique check out:
