I just watched part of a cartoon about Little Red Riding Hood and a couple of dogs go to a wicked witch's house. She cages the girl and fattens her up (and eats her, along with the the dogs). They portrayed the witch as a bit of a dominatrix, complete with a whip.
Can anybody tell me what I just watched? I don't see it listed in her IMDB credits. Thanks!

Was the show 2 Stupid Dogs? If so that was her.
I call movies that are considered 'bad' hated movies.
