I liked her performance in The Ring.

Yeah I have to say that this woman was amazing for the part of Samara's mom. The only reason that the movie scared me so much was because of her. Even hearing her name gives me shudders.

I think she's fantastic, she is my favourite character in the Ring, Not just the scenes of her on the video tape, but also the scene where she throws Samara down the well, that was excellent!

I really missed her presence in "The Ring Two"! I was really hoping to learn a lot more about this woman. Hopefully they just cut her scenes out for the prequel they're planning.

She was much more intense in SEINFELD.

I agree! Its like her eyes are drilling into you, because..its just so REAL.
I wonder why there's only one thread on this board, and her picture isnt even in her profile! I think she deserves at least that much.

No matter how I tell myself she cant see you she isnt looking at YOU watching the film you cant help but think, if I were watching this video first hand, how would it feel? It would feel like she truly is 'seeing' YOU, and I applaud her for how ingeniusly she gets that across. So cutting, in a mesmerizing and strategically haunting way.

Coulldnt agree with you more. Samara was just visually scary, but Anna just had an eerie presence/stare.. especially while brushing her hair.

Ive only seen one of the Ju-On films, didn't really like how it was done.
The Ring Series is much better in my honest opinion. A very touching story that has a epic feel to it, a truly intriguing and impending storyline. Ring 0 is my favorite.

Yea, it's VERY intense, she was perfect for the role. Even more entrancing then the mother from the original although in the original the father killed Sadako and not the mother, so of course she is seen in a different light altogether.
