this 1970s character-actor (whose name I can't recall)??
This other actor I think is either Jewish or Italian and usually played Mafia-types or crooked detectives. He has dark hair, but I don't recall if his eyes are blue like

or brownor if they're green, hazel or gray. But he has a similar facial-structure (at least in my mind's eye he does). He's 5b4a two-bit character-actor. Never the lead. I thought his last name might've been
Mancuso
. I looked-up
Nick Mancuso
and it's not him who he looks-like. He's been in a number of tv-shows from the mid 70s to the early 80s, such as '
The Rockford Files
' and other shows of that type. Just like

he can come off as smug, smarmy and slimey. Any suggestions of who it might be?
