Hello, all.
I am a big fan of Ms. Crampton's, and find her to be one of the most beautiful and gifted actresses of the scream queen pantheon.
Curious though
Can anyone confirm her birth date as listed on the IMDB? It previously had her listed as being born in 1962, and now has her listed as 1958.
Though it's not uncommon for actors to look well less than their years, she certainly doesn't look 49 of late.
Anyone know either way?

If Barbara wants people to believe that she was born in 1962 instead of 1958, then I absolutely have no problems with that.

Judging by the way she looked in From Beyond (1986), I would say the birth year December 1958 is right, meaning she was about 27 when that movie was made.
If it were 1962, then I think she looked older than 23.
That aside, I am more inclined to believe the older birth year as opposed to the later one, simply because actors are infamous for knocking a few years off their ages (especially as they get older) to make themselves appear younger than they are.
So that makes her officially 55 this year, and not 51.

Barbara graduated from Rutland Senior High School in Rutland, Vermont in 1977, so the 1958 year of birth is correct.

According to the article on wikipedia about her Barbara Crampton was born in 1962. This year of birth is listed on several other web sites for Ms. Crampton as well. I'm sure the IMDb year of birth is wrong.
