I recorded Scandal and got the last few minutes of Grey's. I thought someone by the name of Mark Sloan died but could not find him on the cast list. It took a few minutes it was really the person played by Eric Dane but for a while I felt kind of sad because the short clip they played looked like he was a nice guy. Anyhow I am glad he really did not die. But wonder if many people were fooled into thinking someone died?

No I thought the actor died, I did not watch the show and was not aware it was just a character on the show

He did died. It was in the first episode. The second episode was just a flasback.
