It's because those movies are mostly made for VOD distribution, and in many of those VOD services that offer movies for rent, they display movies in alphabetical order, thus the titles that have numbers in them will show up first.
You may find out that a vast majority of movies that are meant for VOD, tend to have titles that start with the first few letters of the alphabet.

If I'm not mistaken, each of these films are shot at the same house and the location's real address is 1313 (street name anonymous, of course). Might be the director's house.
