I remember her being an MTV presenter..back when they used to play MUSIC VIDEOS! Must have been during the mid '90s.

She's a well known British TV presenter from Birmingham. Her "big break" was on kids tv, hosting SMTV with Ant and Dec. She's presented things over here like Fame Academy and Stars in Their Eyes and she does the UK coverage for American Idol. She's done a lot over here.

She's the So You Think You Can Dance host.
I think she was a model and then gave that up to host different shows. Apparently that was her dream when she was younger.
