Maybe she wasn't "misdiagnosed" twice . Quite possibly she contracted a contagion at either or both of the first two hospitals she went to. I'm sure everyone knows by now the irony that hospitals are cesspools of germs and disease.

I know someone a year older than me whose mom died from a misseddiagnosed flu that turned out to be pneumonia but there are probably other things that it could also be.

I'm not sure what they thib68nk she had but I know when my friend was finally diagnosed with pneumonia it was after a couple months of being told the bits of blood she coughed up and the back/chest pain were nothing - in one case she was told "yes there is something there but its not where you say it hurts" when they listened to her chest and was sent on her way without any more diagnosis!! Basically my conclusion is Doctors are idiots! It does make you wonder how someone could be untreated for pnuemonia for so long?!
