just saw him in this film with Vera Farmiga. Great role - he did a fantastic job with the character.

He did a fantastic job. Probably the best role he's done. I don't read a lot of interviews with actors, but I'm sure he's been grilled about using his past history with drug abuse in prep for that role. He's just a darn great actor and singer.
